Swim 1/4 miles, Bike 12.5 miles, Run 3.1       

The Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Triathlon returns for its 8th year bringing together both experienced and noviced athletes for beautiful weather in natural Florida surroundings. Participants will enjoy a post race party with live music by the transition area. First time triathletes will be provided with information leading up to the event through email to help with USAT rules, common gear, championchip timing device, and much more. Experienced triathletes will enjoy an organized event and with a focus on racing and having a good time.  This race has sold out the past three years so make sure to enter early.

THE MINIMUM AGE FOR THIS EVENT IS 13.
